If you find that you want to return a product purchased from our Wonder online or in-person store, we offer a 30 day return policy.
For unopened and unused items, you can bring or mail them to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Please send an email to nicole@wonderlearningco.com to express the details of your return request. Return the product in a secure package to 375 Chestnut Street Meadville, PA 16335.
If mailing, for your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like UPS. We do not recommend using overnight or second-day shipping due to the expense. Once we receive your item, we'll send you a confirmation email. We will then process your return/exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package.
For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Opened items are not elligible for returns.
